My Story

I never set out to become a leader or a coach.
But perhaps, like you, there comes a moment when you realise — it’s wiser to be coached by someone who has lived through the storms and emerged stronger on the other side.

For most of my life, I was the quiet achiever — the one recognized for academic success or hard work, but never for leadership. I was awarded things based on performance, but never called forward as a leader.
While others were called forward to lead, I was left to deliver.
And for 34 years, I wondered why. Why did God give me the desire to lead, but hide me and my calling in silence?

It took years — and a journey through the most unexpected places — for me to understand my purpose.

I started my career as an engineer and project manager, trained to solve problems, build systems, and make things work. But something inside me longed for more than function — I wanted fruitfulness. I wanted to see people, businesses, and leaders come alive. That longing took me to the soil — literally. A piece of land where there was nothing.

Without prior experience in agriculture and start-ups, I started Gro4Africa(Pty) Ltd. Gro4Africa is a vegetable farming enterprise. What began as a small venture grew into a thriving agricultural business over the past 4 years supplying retailers across Gauteng and South Africa. We cultivated not only crops, but bravery, long-suffering and stewardship. And in those early mornings during 2020-2024, walking between rows of spinach and green beans, God was cultivating something even deeper in me — the deepest roots of leadership.

Through the challenges — financial pressure, leadership struggles, and the long wait for breakthrough — I discovered what true transformation and leadership means.

It isn’t about titles or being the loudest.

It’s about purpose and authority.

It isn’t about being called forward.

It’s about being called inward.

I began to see that the true greatest leaders are not those who seek recognition — but those who partner with purpose and who see beyond the obvious facts in people.

That revelation birthed innerV — my transformational coaching practice for business leaders, founders, and executives who want to lead with purpose, connection and authority.

innerV is more than a brand. It’s a movement — a sacred space where people meets inner transformation and victory.

Today, I help leaders navigate identity shifts, strategic transitions, and organizational complexity through what I call the Transformational Axis Coaching Model — integrating personal narrative, organizational systems, and relational awareness.

Because leadership, when anchored in truth, doesn’t just build businesses. It changes atmospheres.

And yet, this is not only a business story. It’s a God story.

Every detour — from engineering to agriculture to coaching — has been part of a divine sequence.

Every delay was preparation. Every disappointment, pruning.

Every moment I felt unseen, and every suffering allowed my character to be formed.

Now the mandate of innerV is:

To help every client understand their purpose— because you matter and your leadership matters to the world.
